The WP 2300: Best In Class

Crown's latest walkie pallet truck is the most robust in the industry. The WP 2300 Series features 48 percent more steel than the closest competitor - and it's a breeze to operate. The advanced ergonomics of the revolutionary X10® Handle minimizes hand and wrist movements while simplifying control. Both tactile and visual differentiation of controls provide for a natural, more efficient interface for left-hand and right-hand operation.

WP 2300 industry leading features include:

  • Robustness to protect your investment
Heavy gauge steel power unit skirt and side panels, hardened steel wear plates for heel protection, reinforced front power unit cover, durable load backrest and more durable covers.
  • Debris guard
Protects the load wheel axle from items such as stretch wrap or plastic straps - dramatically reducing a common cause of downtime and repair expense.
  • Fork assembly
Smooth and rounded fork tips are boxed-in providing greater strength and a barrier against contaminants.
  • Tight steering
Profile fork tips lend to the best turning radius available in this class for easy maneuverability.
  • Compact chassis
A shortened chassis and wheelbase help in achieving the tightest right angle turn in the industry.
  • Enhanced operator security
The ramp hold feature minimizes the possibility of unexpected reverse travel when the brakes are released on an incline. The ramp hold feature also allows consistent speed on ramps, with or without a load.
  • Great visibility
A contoured and low-profile power unit positions operators for better visibility, maneuverability and control.
  • Total speed control
Infinite speed control in forward and reverse can be tuned to fit any application.

Lower Total Cost of Ownership
"Our competitors will tell you their trucks cost less, but they're not comparing apples to apples," says Marketing Product Manager Jim Blanchard. "The true costs of a pallet truck are incurred throughout its life, not just in the initial purchase price. When you factor in maintenance costs including lost productivity when a truck must be repeatedly repaired, the total cost of ownership of a WP 2300 is
substantially less than any competitor."

Further reducing maintenance worries is Crown's innovative InfoPoint? Quick Reference system included on the WP 2300. InfoPoint supplies technicians with critical information for 95 percent of repairs right on the truck eliminating the need to track down schematics or wiring diagrams. Detailed service information is thoughtfully positioned throughout the truck depicting component location,
function and working connections.

"While our competitors look to lower initial cost by using cheaper materials that sacrifice durability, Crown chooses not to compromise quality. Our machines are more reliable day in and day out, and in the long run they will cost less!" says Blanchard.
