3.3 Ton Capacity Forklift

Petrol Engine
The optional 2.4 litre G424F (TIER 3 compliant) petrol/LPG/dual fuel engine provides greater torque and higher performance on pneumatic and cushion tyre trucks. These engines are the most fuel efficient in their class, offering EFI when operating on petrol. Five main bearings provide a solid and stable support base to the crankshaft for additional durability and a longer life.

Tyres
Pneumatic tyre trucks with excellent ground clearance and treaded rubber are most suitable for rugged outdoor use.

Cushion tyre trucks with reduced chassis size for working in tight spaces are ideally suited for warehouse and indoor applications.

Hydrostatic Steering System
The fully hydrostatic steering system with its tapered roller bearing steer axle, is designed to outlast conventional steering systems, in high impact applications. With no mechanical connections between steering wheel and steer axle the operator enjoys low-effort steering and faster steering response.

Infinitely variable gas strut operated steering column adjustment ensures a comfortable driving position is easily achieved.

Transmission
A control valve located on the top of the transmission accurately modulates the clutch oil pressure allowing smooth forward / reverse direction changes and contributes to long transmission life.

An optional autoshift controller protects the transmission from high speed changes of direction.

Full floating drive axle
Strong one-piece cast housing keeps axle components aligned. Axle shafts are high-tensile strength alloy steel and are carbonized for long life. They are splined to the differential side gears and drive wheel hub gears, allowing high torque to be transmitted to the drive wheels.
